The TecCrete Quality Program
TecCrete is produced at our manufacturing facility in Kentwood, Michigan, which is ISO 9001:2000 and 14001:2004 certified by the Canadian General Standards Board.  To meet the requirements for this certification, the facility is audited internally on an annual basis and externally audited every three years.

In daily operations, we check more than 30 characteristics of the product throughout the production process. During every shift, two (2) panels are tested for concentrated and ultimate load, based on the CISCA test methods.  Throughout the process we use Design and Process failure and effects mode analysis, control plans, pre-control charts, and Ppk data to determine frequency of measurements required and quality inspection data sheets.  We also have a corrective/preventative action system to drive root cause analysis for problem solving.

Records for all quality-control inspections, incoming raw-material inspection, original observations, calculations and final inspection are retained for a minimum of two (2) years.

TecCrete is Tested to CISCA Standards
Haworth’s TecCrete flooring system is tested to all CISCA Recommended Test Procedures for Access Floors.  The product meets or exceeds all performance requirements of the standard project specification 096900 (formerly 10270).
