    An iconic, 50-story office tower located in downtown Oklahoma City will be the new headquarters for Devon Energy Corporation, the largest U.S.-based independent oil and natural gas producer.  Designed by Pickard Chilton, the 1.8-million-square-foot property will feature a stunning six-story glass rotunda with a sky-lit roof and a series of balconies ringing the space.  The development will include a landscaped public park and plaza with an abundance of shade trees and a serene reflecting pool.  With sustainable features, such as 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling, low-E glass windows and a raised-floor office environment, the project is LEED-registered with certification pending.

    Southwest Power Pool, Inc.(SPP), a non-profit organization that provides services to 56 electric utilities and related organizations in nine states, is building a new corporate headquarters in Little Rock, AK.  SPP will invest $62 million in the facility, consolidating its three existing locations in central Arkansas to the new campus.  SPP’s new facility will contain a 150,000-square-foot office building and a 33,000-square-foot operations/data center. The building will be LEED certified, and SPP will preserve green spaces and many of the site’s natural characteristics.
